HelloCoach Green..I just signed up for your training. I too need structure. I enjoyed the variety of workouts and definitely need nutritional guidance to be more successful. Am looking forward to the emails and losing some inches ! Thank you !

Day 2. Grateful for the simplicity yet the challenge. I’ve gained a substantial amount of weight in the past 1.5 years and my body is heavy. Grateful for chair exercises that challenge. Love the motivation to take charge of our health. For me, stop making excuses. I make the decisions. Move forward and get stronger or complain. I want to love myself and take care of my temple. I don’t have to do it alone. Thank you

I just signed up for the 8 week shred. I'm ready to get my fitness back and I'm excited. I would like to lose 10+kg in the longer term, and hope to be well on the way by the end of the 8 weeks. Would anybody like to accountability buddy with me? I am thinking sending each other a quick message every day just to see how we're doing?

I had the same message about my subscription, I was on the 4.99 with code support and now it wants 14.99 which as much as I love Donovan on my limited budget I really can't afford. What do I do?

Hi, I received the same message. Maybe something was corrupted, because my subscription is ongoing and my credit card is valid and I'v been paying every month. I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. So, not sure what is going on with subscriptions, but yes mine was listed as inactive too, though i've been paying all along..?

Thanks Donovan for calling me on the phone. I enjoyed our talk & I'm back on track. Did the broom exercise today 20 minutes. I'm promising myself to exercise at least 4 days a week and I need to loose 20 lbs. No excuses right.. ----Your attitude sparks me to keep it up.. Turning 70 soon & trying to keep a young mind , spirit and joyful attitude. Life is to short to stay stuck. Joan

I’ve been doing chair workouts on YouTube for a couple of weeks now and I loved them so much that I joined today. I am still relatively young but suffer from bad knee’s, so finding these workouts has been such a blessing to me. I am looking forward to increasing my strength in my knee’s and the positive encouragement that Donovan exhumes.

I have one month until my total hip replacement surgery at 51 years young and I am trying to get stronger until then. I just found Donovan 2 weeks ago and I have been missing out! I love the chair workouts, but specifically the 20 minute chair workout for weight loss premiered February 3, 2020 on YouTube. I wish there was a way to find it on here. I hope I can find something similar. Does anyone know of one that is like it?

Some days you just have to give yourself a break. I still did my 3 miles of dog walking and a 30 min strength workout. But I only did 3 small chores and I took myself outside for some vitiamn D and mental health time and finsihed my book. You have to listen to your body. This is what I needed!

I am so happy I found you on youtube first! I have bad muscle problems in my legs en foots because of medication and I can´t stand for long. But now I can really get an good workout in every day! And I feel that im getting stronger. So thank you so much.
