I want to share this delicious breaded chicken dish with you. I am constantly whipping up something in the kitchen, and I realized I hadn’t shared anything new recently.
You will need: 2 large eggs, Italian bread crumbs, seasoning salt, rosemary, thyme, and chicken breast sliced in half.
Directions: Add oil to your frying pan and allow it to get hot.
Whisk the two eggs in a bowl. Add a generous amount of bread crumbs to a separate bowl.
Season chicken to taste with seasoning salt and add herbs. Mix everything so that the flavors can marinate.
Dip chicken breast in the bowl with the egg, then do the same with the bread crumbs. Add the chicken to the pan with oil that is already hot. Use medium flames and adjust as needed. Fry until it gets golden and crispy. Make sure to fry both sides.
Be careful not to burn it or keep it on the fire too long because it will dry out the chicken.
