I used the lighter dumbbell just to get the feel of the Exercise which was too light for me next time I will use the heavier dumbbells and for me the step back was a Little hard for me and standing on one leg what all so very hard other than that nice workout
I went with heavier dumbbells today and it was Not easier I did better with the standing on one leg today my kickbacks are still not good because of my right knee
