I am going to have to get another bench.My bench is old. It does not go to the floor, but I did the work out I feel it in my upper arms and shoulders, and also my stomach I would like to see some work out using the Bosu ball

As usual, I love the challenge of this workout.
However, short of your stretch band and three levels of dumbbells, I do not have a gym in my home. Your bench work for this exercise I had to do on the floor. I know it is not your problem, but it seems that I need to determine how to invest in equipment to constitute a small at-home gym.
kettlebells: what weight(s) would you recommend for one who is in between beginner and intermediate levels (closer to intermediate level)?
Bench: I will have to do some research to find a good bench here in Savannah. If it is too heavy for me to lift, I don’t know whether I will invest in a bench.
Bosu ball: What is that? What weight should I get?
Dumbbells: The dumbbells you were using look weird. What type is your set of dumbbells?
I am not new to exercise, but I am new to knowing what to do to build an at-home gym. Suggestions from you would be helpful.
